For entry into most foreign country, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned returned date. You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, VISA, and any other necessary travel documents.  Reservations must be made in the name that appears on your passport.

Pricing is determined based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking. In the event of currency devaluation (e.g. USD depreciation), Xpand Travel LLC retains the right to revise price accordingly. Final invoicing will account for any applicable rate adjustments.

Need a roommate? Traveling solo on a group trip and want to save? Fill out our “ideal roommate assessment”.  After you complete the form, we will pair you with a compatible person to cut costs of having a single room. You will receive information on your person before the last payment is due or 30 days before departure. The hope is for you to get to know him or her prior to traveling. 

Most of these packages are land only, meaning that international flights are not included in the pricing. Guests must book their flights and possible transfers to hotel if your flight times do not line up with the rest of the group. Xpand Travel LLC will provide time in which the guests should arrive. Early is but acceptable but you will only have 1.5 hours to land and gather your luggage. Outside of that time frame, you must secure your transportation to the hotel.

Timely monthly payments are required to keep your account in good standing. A late payment grace period of 5 days is offered. After this period, a $100 reinstatement- fee per trip is required. That will bring your account back to compliance and the outstanding amount for that month will be placed at the end of the payment period. The balance must be paid 30 days before departure.

You will receive a comprehensive itinerary by email and or mail 90 days before your departure.

Connect to our client portal to review/track your trip(s) after your reservation and initial deposit has been met.  This is offered 24hr/day.
