TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a reservation with Xpand Travel LLC you acknowledge and agree to comply with Xpand*, Terms and Conditions as stated below:


1.     Due to rate adjustments, and hotel and excursion company policies, deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, payments are non-transferrable.

2.     For payment plans, timely monthly payments are recommended to keep your account in good standing. However, we understand things happen and are pleased to offer a grace period of 5 days. After this period, a $100 reinstatement- fee is required. Any remaining balance due will be placed at the end of the payment plan. All dues must be paid 30 days before departure.

3.     Cancellation by Xpand: We reserve the right to cancel for any reason but will not do so less than 30 days before departure except due to catastrophic events listed in section 8 below. In this case, you will receive a full refund minus deposit amount.

4.     Cancellations by YOU: You may cancel at any time, but these financial changes will apply, less your deposit which is non-refundable:

1-3 mos = loss of deposit

3-6 mos = 50% of total paid loss

6-9 mos = 75% of total paid loss

9 mos- departure 100% loss

5.     Pricing is determined based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking. In the event of currency devaluation (e.g. USD depreciation), Xpand Travel LLC retains the right to revise price accordingly. Final invoicing will account for any applicable rate adjustments. Xpand will alert you to these changes.

6.     It is your responsibility to check all invoices and subsequent document details. Inform Xpand immediately of any discrepancies.

7.     Special requests: You must inform Xpand at the time of booking of any special requests (ie: dietary needs, healthcare, mobility or preexisting conditions). This information will be passed onto our vendors; however, Xpand cannot guarantee they will be met.

8.     Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended or venture at your own risk. Xpand is not responsible for: catastrophic events such as: riot, war, death, civil strife, terrorist activity, weather, natural disaster, nuclear disaster, governmental action, epidemic or pandemic; loss and or damage, illness (new or existing), your own acts or omissions, including those with a third party not connected or associated with Xpand. Travel Guard Travel Insurance

9.     For entry into most foreign countries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned returned date. You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, VISA, and any other necessary travel documents. Reservations must be made in the name that appears on your passport. If you have already started the payment process and need to cancel due to passport issues, please follow sec 4.
